On July 27th 2023 we lost our first child Nikoli during a miscarriage while we were in Puerto Rico visiting to help feed the homeless animals. To keep their memory alive & continue our mission we created Niko's Project. We changed the name to Forget Me Not Project in order to start the process to become a non profit. This project is aimed to help as many homeless animals as possible on the island of Puerto Rico to provide food and fresh water. We hope to continue expanding over time with your support to be able to provide medical care, neutering, and adoption. The animals on this island are surrounded by water they can't drink. They are searching for food while trying to withstand the heat. These animals continue to breed with no fault of their own resulting in over a million homeless animals on the island trying their best to survive.
